Spicy Chicken Broast


Introduction:

This crispy and spicy chicken broast is the most delicious broast you have ever taste.

In this recipe we've cooked chicken with spices and batter for deep frying to give it a crispy coating to give your lunch and evening servings a delicious and easy to cook chicken dish your guest or family can't resist.

Ingredients:

Chicken:
1 kilogram Skinned Chicken (10 -12 pieces)

Marination:
2 Tbsp Red chili powder
2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
1.5 Tbsp Ginger paste
1.5 Tbsp Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Lemon juice

Batter:
250 grams all purpose flour
1 Tsp Black pepper
½ Tsp Cardamom powder
4 Tbsp Corn flour
Plain flour Some tbsp
2 Beaten Eggs
Oil Four Tbsp
Salt to flavor
Water according to need

How To Make Spicy Chicken Broast:

1. Heat 3 Tablespoon oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute at low medium heat.

2. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt in ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

3. Remove from the stock and let it cool down.

4. Now marinate chicken pieces with this mixture. Add lemon juice and mix with your hands.

5. Leave marinated chicken for half an hour.

6. Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a pot and add chicken pieces along with some water (about 2 cups) within it.

7. Cover pot with lid and let the chicken pieces cooked for 15 -20 minutes on a low-medium heat.

8. After that increase the fire flames and dry up excess water.

Batter

7. Take all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, beaten eggs along with salt (to taste) in a bowl and add water to make a smooth batter.

Frying:

9. Heat oil in a pan for deep fring.

10. Coat chicken pieces with batter and deep fry at reduce flame until its color change into golden brown..

Spicy Chicken Broast is ready to serve.

Serving Tip: Serve spicy chicken broast with crispy french fries and hot & sweet tomato sauce.
